

Offer a mission

What is a "one-off mission"? A mission during which the student remains in school to complete the project proposed by the company.
Which students are affected?
Students from Grade 3 (High School Program) within the chosen major.
What types of missions they give and when?
In an environment of SMEs, students conduct an analysis of the issue raised by the company, offer external lighting documented, built and argued and develop operational recommendations in the form of a report presented to the company (report and meeting).
Some examples in the field of HR
- Compensation (policy development for the commercial)
- Repositories jobs (introduced in the context of changing work organization)
- Internal communication (development of tools within a site)
- Integration of Persons with Disabilities (Council on the implementation of an agreement AGEFIPH achievement benchmarks job ...)
- Revitalization of social dialogue (relations with the EC and DP)
- Analysis of a crisis counseling and social dialogue
- Career Management (developing device)
- Maintenance Evaluation (implementation)
- Training Plan (as part of the changing role of the business)...
Some examples in the field of management control
- Budget process (reduction of failures, utility as a monitoring instrument)
- Collaboration between managers and supervisors (priorities, comments and exchanges on the numbers...)
- Crisis: control devices in cash and watches over the risks
- Reporting (adapting to the needs of recipients and organizational changes)
- Professionalization of management control in SMEs
- Quality and completeness of information received by the Controller (eg. The procurement, inventory management, manufacturing)
When and how these missions take place?
Each year from September to December, groups of 4-5 students for a total of 250 hours of work.
Each mission gives rise to the drafting of a report and an oral defense before a jury of the teacher researcher and a company representative.

What is a memory research graduation?
Conducting a research paper can be applied to develop managerial expertise based on the interpretation, criticism and redefinition of action models. This work must refer to a professional project, recorded consistently within an industry and a managerial function.
A memory of applied research should be understood as a memory whose goal is to be able to propose the application of a model for action justified.
